How to use the new FedEx Ship Manager to create labels

There are actually two versions of the new platform, a comfortable view and a compact view. Both versions do the exact same thing so use whichever you prefer. All of the information from the original platform was transferred to the new versions so please continue to search for, and use, only the addresses in the address book that TBLC maintains. Do not change the billing section. Your drop-down needs to stay at ‘My account’. Leaving it at that ensures that all of the charges go to the Division of Library and Information Services. In this new Ship Manager, the shipping costs are more visible but please remember that you are not paying that cost and you will never receive an invoice from FedEx. As a reminder, in the package details section you are only required to add the weight of your package. Please do not enter dimensions.
FedEx is not discontinuing the old interface yet, so if you encounter errors, please go back to the legacy version.
