Logging In to the Library
Students should first try logging in via MyVC, our student portal: https://myvc.valenciacollege.edu. Once logged in to MyVC, students should scroll to the Pages category in the left navigation menu. Select “Learning Resources”, then “Library”, and lastly click the “Search the Library” link (the top link of the list).
Login Problems
If the student is unable to authenticate via MyVC, the student should send an e-mail to libraryservice@valenciacollege.edu and include their full name and VID number in the text of the e-mail. A library staff member will respond within one business day.
Wireless Access
Wireless access is available on all campuses. Students must go to https://myvc.valenciacollege.edu and log in with their MyVC Username and MyVC password.
Printing
Prints cost $.10 per page in the library (b/w). Color printing costs $.20 per page. Add funds to your account with cash or a debit or credit card, but there is a $5 minimum if you add funds with a card. Login https://print.valenciacollege.edu/ for more information, to add funds to an account, or to access wireless printing. Funds may also be added at kiosks in the library.
Textbooks
Please note that the Bookstore and the College Library are separate services.
If you are experiencing issues with your textbooks or eLibrary access, please contact the Online Bookstore https://valenciacollege.textbookx.com/institutional/index.php. They can provide assistance with these matters. You can reach the Bookstore by phone at 407-582-5310 or by using the chat feature on their Help page (https://valenciacollege.textbookx.com/help#/)
If you would like to check if a campus library has a copy of your textbook available to borrow while in library or access as an ebook, please search the library catalog https://vcc-flvc.primo.exlibrisgroup.com/discovery/search?vid=01FALSC_VCC:VCC&lang=en.
