You can get a replacement/duplicate title from the DMV. Follow these steps:
  • Go to http://www.flhsmv.gov/
  • Click on “Motor Vehicles, Tags, & Titles.”
  • Click on “Electronic Liens & Titles”
  • Click on “Steps to – Florida Title.”

This will show you what you need to get a duplicate title and get you started.
